【A】ご購入手続き

［ステップ１］

ご購入希望の商品を選択し、商品ページにある“今すぐ購入“ボタンをクリックします。必要事項をご記入の上、ご購入手続きを行ってください。

ご購入希望商品の商品ページに“今すぐ購入”ボタンが存在しない場合は、”Contact Us”からご連絡ください。

［ステップ２］

ご請求のご案内メールが届きましたら、30日以内にお支払いをお済ませください。銀行振込でも可能です。

［ステップ３］

お支払いの確認ができましたら、発送準備を開始いたします。発送完了に関しましてはメールにてお知らせいたします。

【B】アート作品に関するご質問

お問い合わせは”Contact Us”フォームからお願いいたします。

注意事項

作品ステータスが”商談中”の場合は、他の購入希望者様との商談中を意味します。商談中作品の購入はできかねます。

作品情報を希望される場合は”Contact Us”からご連絡ください。また、購入希望者数及び商談終了期日はお答えできかねます。

価格は市場状況により変動いたします。

販売期間中に価格調整が行われる場合がございますのでご了承下さい。

作品は全て日本からの発送となります。

配送に関する通関税、消費税及び他の地域的税金はお客様の個人責任で負担されます。

作品のお支払い期限は請求のご案内が届いてから30日以内といたします。

クレジットカード決済はVisa、MasterCard、American Expressをご利用いただけます。

ご注文いただいた後、商品は一週間以内、日本から発送いたします。

*作品により発送まで要する時間が通常より長くなります。商品ページにてご確認お願いいたします。

個人理由による返品、返金は承りかねます。作品に関するご質問がございましたら購入される前に一度”Contact Us”からお問い合わせください。

国際配送 

“Standard”配送はEMSになります。送料は作品の重量と配送先の地域により異なります。
FedEx、DHLからの配送をご希望する場合は”Contact Us”でお問い合わせください。

How to buy

【A】Making a Purchase Request

[STEP1]

Choose the artwork(s) that you wish to purchase and click "Buy Now" button on the Artworks page. Please enter the necessary information on the application to proceed to the next steps.

If the "Buy Now" button does not appear on the page of the artwork you wish to purchase, please let us know via “Contact Us" form and our Art Advisor will contact you individually.

[STEP2]

Please pay for the art work(s) and shipping fees within 30 days after the invoice is issued. We also accept international bank transfer payments.

[STEP3]

After your payment has been confirmed, we will proceed and prepare the artwork(s) for shipment. You will be notified through email when the shipment is completed.

【B】 Questions about the Art Work(s)

Please let us know your inquiries through "Contact Us" form.

Precautions

If an artwork's status is on "Not Available", it indicates that a negotiation is underway by a customer and cannot be purchased or discussed in any way immediately. If you would like to receive information about a work, please contact us using the inquiry form. We will not be able to inform you how many people are on the waiting list or exactly when your inquiry will be answered.

The prices of the artworks are subject to change depending on market conditions.

Purchased artworks will be shipped from Japan storage facilities.

Please be warned that import taxes, consumption taxes, and other local taxes on delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment for artwork is due within 30 days after the invoice is issued.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

After receiving the order, your item(s) will be shipped from our warehouse in Japan within one week.

*Products that are made to order may require additional time before shipping. Please check the details on the product page.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons or preferences. If you have any questions about a product, please inquire before making a purchase.

Delivery

Standard delivery will be sent by EMS. Shipping fee is calculated according to the weight, size and destination.
